Hotel Bristol - Milan

Clean hotel, services were good and location was perfect by tram or a short taxi ride. There were an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

The rooms were soundproof, good-sized, came with powerful air conditioning and a nice bathroom, for example. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including coffee and tea...

Extremely convenient place, I greatly enjoyed amicable personnel.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and excellent just next door to tram or a short taxi ride, and Milano centrale station. The room I booked was new-fashioned and soundproof, complete with very comfortable bed, silent heating, a big bathroom.

What a good surprise! The breakfast here is a feast, offering endless high-quality choices. The staff is attentive. While the room's decor shows its age, it was spacious and clean, right across from the train station for easy exploration. Definitely a spot to consider for your Milan adventure!

I strongly recommend this hotel to people who came to Milan! I visited Milan several times and all the time had bad experience with other hotels! This hotel was very good! They allowed me to check in early! Staff was very very friendly and helpful! Room was nice and clean! Location is near the train station, easy to find and not scary to come back!

The hotel is located 100 meres away, across the square, from the Central Train station, with easy access to intercity, city centre, and Fair Exhibitions sites. From the square, there are all transport services: trains, airport shuttles, metro trains, city buses, city trams, taxis and also fast busy interchanges for all these services.

Very good location. It is only no more than 100 meters from Milan central station. Staff in general is very nice ( I like the gentleman Antorio at the reception desk and also the old gentleman serving breakfast). Room is very clean with nice classical furniture. Facility is good. Breakfast is also good. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain. Breakfast room is relatively small so guests may have to wait for a while during peak time.

Hotel Bristol is adjacent to Centrale railway station, from which I departed and returned by rail. Also it is very close to the departure point for the Airport shuttle buses.

The whole experience was very pleasant indeed. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast was more then adequate and the bar ambience was nice, The internet service was very good and was a great advantage to us during our stay. The hotel location was excellent with the central railway station within a short walking distance and the bus service to the airport adjacent. All in all a good experience all round. Thank you for your courtesy.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only improvement that I would suggest is to reduce the elevator door closing time.
